|Recommended: YesConvenient — Scotsdale is convenient living, everything you need is near. The only issues I have is how busy battlefield rd can be, the walls and floor are thin but neighbors keep noise at minimal, and the entrance is steep this is tricky to pull into with a car that goes low to the ground.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment — I've had great experience with Scotsdale apartments so far. Our apartment is very well maintained. They have scheduled maintenance from time to time just to see if there are any problem in your apartment. They announce it ahead of time We've stayed here for more than 2 years now, but the fridge, stove, oven, microwave, counter tops still look very new to me. Cleanliness would be a perfect score, counter tops are granite laminate making it so easy to clean plus I love their flooring. I have never seen any bug insect in our apt during my entire stay. The manager is very approachable and easy to reach. No bad experience from them so far. I am renewing my contract with them for another year.
|Recommended: Yes2 years going on 3 — My partner and I just renewed our lease for a third year. As far as neighbors, it’s quiet and peaceful. There is a lot of street noise though, especially at night with motorcycles.
I love the renovated looked of my apartment, but there is a lack of storage space only a small hall closet . Maintenance and management always get back to us promptly. Experiencing bad management at apartments before, just that is worth it. Overall I would recommend living here for the price.

|Recommended: YesThe complex has been fantastic to live in. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Building A has been remodeled and has been great on our energy bills. The complex is conveniently located near a large shopping district and is just minutes from the Cox Medical complex.
