|Recommended: YesTo managers, maintenance and all other staffs — I recommend to live in scotsdale in couple mores years, for one is that I absolutely love the communication with managers and very nice they are Maintenance are super friendly and definitely fast to arrive for repairs I know some apartments Maintenance aren't usually very helpful, but here at scotsdale are excellent Thank you all for repairs and for me and my son to live in a good complex building. Even to add that, I've got awesome neighbors, we help each other and have our backs

|Recommended: YesThis will be our third year renewing the lease. We feel at home here. The manager jeremiah is very helpful and friendly along with all the rest of the staff and maintenance. It is very pet and kid friendly. Along with a normal amenities, they have either offers. Around halloween and christmas, they have a decorating contest. When you renew, they offer free carpet cleaning

|Recommended: YesI have lived here for a year now and it’s a great and affordable place to live the renovated apartments are nice and clean The only issue I had was my oven went out and maintenance fixed it when I reported it in the residence app And I have had no other problems since

|Recommended: YesThe refurbished units here are very nice and come with great appliances. They have washer and dryer hookups, and they also provide services to rent washers and dryers The maintenance team is very friendly and insure everything is clean and working fine

|Recommended: YesScotsdale — The rent is relatively cheap although the buildings are older which cause them to have energy efficiency issues regarding HVAC. It's typically quite and other residents are generally nice.

|Recommended: YesI've lived here for about a year and its been a good place to call home. The newer building is nice for the price. I feel that management would help with any issues and want to improve and keep up with all the apartments, which is a plus. I have had a few loud neighbors at times, but that just comes with apartment living somewhat. Overall I would recommend as a nice place to live.
