|Recommended: YesI like the location and how affordable it is without being in an unsafe location. Being able to walk to Buffalo Wild Wings without having to Uber later is also nice. Can be noisy at times because of traffic but I've gotten used to it.

|Recommended: YesI absolutely adore living in Scotsdale Not only are the apartments within walking distance of a lot of places, it’s just genuinely a nice location. The property is always well maintained and clean, management is super friendly and easy to talk to. It’s surprisingly quiet in the area, which for someone who works night shift is a blessing.

|Recommended: YesI've lived at Scotsdale in Springfield, Missouri for three years with my husband, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The apartments are spacious with a balcony that’s perfect for enjoying the fresh air. Management is responsive, and maintenance is usually quick to address issues, weather permitting. The grounds are well maintained, and parking is always sufficient.The community is quiet most of the time, though it can get lively in the summer. While rent is a bit on the higher side, the comfort, upkeep, and service make it well worth it. I’d definitely recommend Scotsdale to others looking for a reliable and pleasant place to live.

|Recommended: YesLived here 5 years and just renewed again. Jeremiah, the manager, is great—always quick to help and easy to talk to. Location is super convenient, amenities in the new building are great, and they keep up with maintenance really well. No parking fees either.

|Recommended: YesWhere there is a problem going in the apartments the staff communicates with the tenants asap let them know what’s going on. Everything is either a phone call or an email about what’s going on or hears about to happen they even put notes on the doors For everyone just incase they missed an email.

|Recommended: YesLiving in Scotsdale apartments is really nice bc there’s so much that’s in walking distance gas stations, restaurants more. Shopping centers as in the mall, etc. everything’s in this area when you want to plan things

|Recommended: YesI’ll say with this being my second apartment the staff has made me feel very comfortable safe in any situation.. the staff communication is very very amazing. being an young adult still figuring our life the staff encouraged me in many ways to keep fighting no matter if it’s bills or something’s in life that gets in the way
