The management team is responsive and professional, always addressing maintenance requests quickly and thoroughly. The property is well-kept, close to everything, landscaped grounds, and amenities like a nice little pool and laundry room that are genuinely useful and well-maintained.My daughters love living here and feel safe

|Recommended: YesResident of 15 Years — I can recommend living at Scotsdale for several reasons. Staff is courteous and helpful. Work orders for maintenance issues are quickly answered. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, two hospitals the clinics on the Medical Mile. And we're next door to the Element Hotel. Pets are welcome and there's a swimming pool in the Summer. The laundry room is open everyday except during extreme Winter conditions .

|Recommended: YesI have lived here since 2021. The price is affordable for the space that I have which I like my space . The landlord is always upbeat and helpful. Jeremiah assisted me with the laundry facilities when my quarter got stuck. He could have just told me to call the third party laundry vendor, but he took the time to help me with it. Thank you

|Recommended: YesI have spent the last year living at Scotsdale Apartments on Battlefield Road. This is a Wooten property. My overall experience here has been great. I know that Wooten can have a bad reputation, but I honestly believe it is due to the individual property managers. The manager at my complex is great and is always willing to help out where he can. Even though the complex is old, it is well taken care of and maintained. The rent is on the lower end, which could make a person think it’s a “roach hotel” but it is not. Again, clean and very well maintained property. Smoking is not allowed in units so they also smell nice—something that’s unusual in a lower rent complex. Probably the biggest con with this complex is that it is right on Battlefield Road, which has loud road traffic. If this could bother you, I suggest getting a unit that’s more toward the back of the property.

|Recommended: YesGive it a chance — What can I say, I just really dig this place. OK, lets break it down. Cheap rent, way cheap CU, everything you need in walking distance, and I mean it. Groceries, fast food, good restaurants, nice parks, great schools, even things like bowling and video games at Andy B's and the insane hubcap sized cinnamon rolls at St. Georges go with the caramel icing . Staff from the office to the fixit guys are awesome. Recommended.

|Recommended: YesI have lived at Scotsdale since 2019 and I absolutely love it. It really is the best deal in town. Management nis great, and is very responsive to questions, concerns and any maintenance requests. I also feel very safe living here. I would recommend Scotsdale to anyone

|Recommended: YesScotsdale Review — I've been at Scotsdale Apartments for a few years now in the newer building. It's a great location to be at, close to everything I need. The building and hallways are kept clean and maintenance is always available, management is also great. The 1 bed 1 bath I have is the perfect size, with good appliances. I definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for a place with a good price.
