|Recommended: YesScotsdale Review — I've been at Scotsdale Apartments for a few years now in the newer building. It's a great location to be at, close to everything I need. The building and hallways are kept clean and maintenance is always available, management is also great. The 1 bed 1 bath I have is the perfect size, with good appliances. I definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for a place with a good price.

|Recommended: YesGreat — This is my first apartment and I’ve been living here for 6 months and had a great experience i have a happy quiet home, surrounded by kind neighbors. Rent is affordable and the apartments are let friendy. pet rent is also really low

|Recommended: YesI live down the road on east battlefield. I’ll start off first by saying the apartments themselves aren’t that bad. I will say that in the last two years they have raised rent by 120 which I think is a little bit too much considering we have a pothole in the entrance to our apartments that has not been fixed in those two years. But other than that it’s not too bad.

|Recommended: YesThis place is incredibly in such a good location. Battlefield Mall less than 3 min. Aldi less than a min. Walmart less then 5 min. Hospital less then 5 min. Get out of the apartment cross the street on foot and get yourself a Starbucks. Love it 🤩

|Recommended: Yesone of the cleanest units you can have here in Springfield. The management is very responsive and helpful. Also the neighbors are very friendly. enough reason for me that I signed up a lease renewal again.

|Recommended: YesI have lived at Scotsdale Apartments since August 2022 and have had nothing but a good experience. The management is great and easy to work with, the location is on a great side of town and close to many amenities. The apartment is nice and spacious and nicely updated.
