|Recommended: YesDecent Apartment for the price — I recommend Scotsdale to anyone looking for an affordable apartment. The staff is friendly and Maintenance is pretty good. Battlefield can get noisy from time to time, especially during the summertime, but otherwise it's an all-around decent apartment.
|Recommended: YesFirst off I will say that the noise from Battlefield can be a bit overbearing at times, especially during the Summertime with the motorcycles across the street. Otherwise, rent is fair based on what you get. The maintenance is pretty good, but can be a little slow to respond once in a while. I would recommend it, especially for the price.

We've had minor issues with our unit, but everything gets fixed within a reasonable time, and we haven't had any repeated incidents. Jeremiah always responds to any problems we have within the work week. Overall, not a bad experience.

|Recommended: YesI have been living for a year in this unit apartment Scotsdale-Wooten Co. on Battlefiled Rd, I must say that the apartment is very well located having convenient stores close to where I live. The unit where I live is a 2 bed room apartment, very comfortable, and with a convenient plan view that allows me to be well organized within all the dependences of the unit. My husband and me decided recently to renew our lease for the second year, convinced that we have made a smart decision. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
