|Recommended: YesThe apt. complex has been well maintained and has great amenities. Parking is easy, internet is included, and rent is easy to pay. Only downside is the somewhat high rent, but the apartment is fairly big with everything new.
|Recommended: YesScotsdale apartments is here for anyone who is approved. No one is discriminated cause of ethnicity, religion, customs. Take what you can and make of it for yourself if your looking for a place to live and have a good record for the future if looking to buy a house. They are here for you as long as you do the same for them as any business.
|Recommended: YesThis is my first place out of college, and I think it has been great for that effect. It's the most affordable apartment I could find in the Springfield proper area, both on rent and that electricity is the only utility I have to cover. Management is friendly and has always provided clear answers to any questions I may have and I've had plenty doing this for the first time . The units are right on Battlefield, so it can get a little noisy sometimes, especially in the summer when one of the motorcycle riding groups uses the gas station across the street as a meet up point. I'm pretty used to that by now though, and my brain hardly registers traffic sounds. All in all, a good place if you're starting out and are on a tight budget.

From grocery supermarkets, malls for shopping, school and hospital. it is a perfect spot to be. The apartment itself is classy, its huge and the interior is set up with elegance. Maintenance is excellent. I would definitely recommend this place. I am a happy renter. 2 Thumbs up

|Recommended: YesThis property is a nice starter apartment or maybe even a forever home if it fits. — It’s nice living here If anything ever needs fixed maintenance is here to fix what they can in a timely manner. The unit is quite spacious. Neighbors are friendly.
