|Recommended: YesGreat place — Best place I've lived by far. Parking isn't the best, but there's a big empty lot right next to the building that provides as much extra space is needed.

|Recommended: Yes9.8 10, Amazing Community and Apartment Unit — Got one of the non-refurbished 2 bedroom units, other than general The room is old, so some stuff is slightly worn due to normal wear and tear , no complaints at all other than shower head is a little low. The parking lot desperately needs repaved, and the living room has no lighting installed whatsoever int he ceiling, but those are the only complaints.

I also love how much storage space that is available in my apartment The absolute best thing about Scotsdale is the management They are always willing to answer your questions and are super friendly I would recommend Scotsdale to anyone, especially to people that are looking for a budget friendly place to live. I would also recommend it to people that are renting for the first time

On top of that, management is amazing Super friendly and always there to answer your questions I would recommend Scotsdale to anyone Especially to people that are looking to stay in their budget and for people that are renting for the first time

|Recommended: YesI love the property, its affordable and has comfortable living space. — I would say, as a single bedroom owner, that it has everything I am looking for, for a good price. All the living areas allows for decently sized furniture, its close to supermarkets, gas stations, commercial resturanunts. I would say as a college student, it is very accommodating, that includes my landlords who have been nothing but helpful, kind, and diligent.

|Recommended: YesCheap but not a bad place to live. — I like living here because my rent is one of the cheapest in town but I don't feel like I'm living in a dump and I like being close to all of the places that I like to go to whether that be the park, restaurants and the grocery store.
Thanks for reviewing our apartments at Scotsdale! I couldn't agree with this post more! We are in walking distance to Aldi, gas stations and several restaurants. We have larger square footage apartments for a great price. Also, our apartments get a professional clean and steam-clean shampoo by our amazing cleaners before you move in! When is comes to price, location and quality - you just can't beat Scotsdale Apartments!

|Recommended: YesScotsdale is close to everything you need — You will have a great choice of restaurants if you want to eat out. There are lots of stores that are close including the mall. Transportation is also very close.
