|Recommended: YesIt is real good — Scotsdale has been really amazing so far. It has provided what we needed at all times. The only real complaint is the master bedroom in my apartment gets really hot and does not cool off very well. I think it is because of where it is located, but everywhere else in the apartment is really good
response from property -Thank for your feedback on the apartment. We can definetly look into the heat in the bedroom if needed. Having an east facing window in the summer will provide a tad more heat from the sun. Let us know if this continues in the summer months. |Recommended: YesSolid, for the most part. — The management and the maintenance staff are all very professional, for the most part good at communicating, and have made our move very smooth. The apartment is very spacious, I love the layout. Because the HVAC in our spare room is in the closet, that room gets pretty hot in the Summer, and is also pretty noisy. For the most part I like my neighbors, aside from the one across from me who smokes in the halls apartment and leaves trash in the hall, also seems to have had the cops called on him several times late at night. That's honestly my biggest complaint. I'd recommend this place mainly because of the management and the nice apartments.
