|Recommended: YesI really like living here, been a tenant for over three years now and the only single complaint I have is the potholes in the parking areas. Laundry on site, cheap, insanely low utilities, maintenance that is consistently on the ball and quick to respond, close to everything from gas stations to grocery stores to walking trails to restaurants to...well you name it. Rent is affordable and even now with the pandemic staff is great. I recommend highly.

|Recommended: YesClean and helpful leasing agents — Just moved in here is Scotsdale, so far I'm liking it Very accessible to restaurants and stores. Clean environment I just hoped there are securities around the area who can patrol or CCTVs for safety of the residents.

We love being able to offer the features of a great location, clean environment and the after-hours courtesy patrol for when we are not in the office. |Recommended: YesOur home away from home — Residing here for almost a year and was very pleased. All seems nice and quiet. Clean and new apartment. Very good location - near shopping mall, restaurants, school, hospital, you name it. Friendly staff and well maintained properties. We definitely recommend anyone to live here in Scotsdale Apartments.

|Recommended: YesWonderful first place — Scotsdale is located in a wonderful little hub in Springfield where you can get anything from Starbucks to Automobile repairs with just a three minute drive. The building, thus far, is quiet aside from the street traffic which really hasn't bothered me at all, and is fairly clean an functional. The rent is quite reasonable and, all in all, it is certainly a place in which I will be happy to live for the foreseeable future.

With the close proximity to everything, all the convenient restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores nearby and the money you save with the reasonable rent at Scotsdale Apartments, you will have extra spending money $$$ each month! One of the many reasons why Scotsdale is one of the best options in Springfield when it comes to Apartments!
|Recommended: YesLove my apartment — I absolutely love living at Scotsdale. The neighbors and staff are all super nice, and the apartment is just the right size Also love that any store I may want to go to is within 1-2 miles of me, and there is a gas station just right next door.

|Recommended: YesVery Practical — If you want a cheap place, in a very good neighborhood, this is the place for you. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. Sometimes, I felt there were some things that were a little frustrating i.e. trying to figure out how to sign our lease online and on time, because they changed over to a new website right before we had to resign our lease . It's very close to a bunch of restaurants--within walking distance of most of them. There's a walmart right down the road, and the landlords office is very close by.
Thank you for the wonderful review! Absolutely! For the price of the apartment, you just can't beat what your getting anywhere else in town! Sorry the online lease signing process was frustrating... and believe me... it's hard to learn something completely new, but due to the circumstances of COVID-19, I think we can all agree it's nice to have the option to sign the lease from the comfort of your own home! As time goes on, we will get more and more efficient with the lease signing process... it already has since then.... Glad we were able to figure it out in the end and everything worked out!

|Recommended: YesScotsdale apartments review — The employees are polite and professional. Cleaning needs to be done a lot more around the property and more attention needs to be given to when the doggy station needs taken out and refilled.
There’s not enough parking at some buildings, I notice people who live in building C park in building D parking lot a lot making it to where there isn’t enough parking for the people who live in building D.
